  • 2 prenatal visits to discuss preferences, wishes, and fears for labour and delivery

  • Assist with writing a birth preference sheet if one has not already been created

  • Provide up-to-date evidence based information to help with decision making

  • Labour and birth preparation

  • 24/7 on call support starting from two weeks before your estimated due date

  • Continuous support during labour and birth.

  • Assist with breast/chest feeding

  • Refer to other professionals when needed

  • 2 postpartum visits with the first four weeks of babies life

  • Virtual support via call, text, or email for up to 6 week postpartum

Postpartum Support

Overnight Support

$25-35/hr

$30-40/hr

  • Lactation and feeding support

  • Talk through any thoughts or feelings about your birth or being a new parent

  • Assist with infant care

  • Provide up-to-date evidence based information

  • Refer to other professionals when needed

  • Light housekeeping, organization, pet care, and meal prep

  • Care for baby to allow you time to sleep, shower, and eat

  • Help with sibling care and adjusting to having a new baby in the house

  • Take siblings or pets for walks to give you space to bond with your baby

  • Accompaniment to appointments and errand
